At The Saffron Feathers PTE Ltd, we don’t just want you to like our products, we want you to be completely happy and satisfied!
We guarantee 1-to-1 replacement or full refund, if the product that you have purchased is spoilt or wrong item(s) received.
Please let us know via email (email@example.com) or Whatsapp (+65 8948 8650) within 2 hours of the delivery for us to consider. Depending on the claim, we may require evidence of the defect order via email.
Our customer services team will review your request and get back to you within 24hrs. Items will either be replaced with the same item originally purchased or you can opt to receive a full refund.
There may be some exceptions to these rights such as for those products and services listed below where, for reasons of hygiene, safety or under law we are not able to refund or exchange items unless faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality.
